Dan is truly a great realtor. We sold our townhouse and purchased our new house through Dan. When we were selling, he was always extremely responsive and it was obvious that he cared about us, and not about just getting another sale, like many other realtors. We had a HARD time finding a house to buy, the market was so crazy. We probably looked at over 50 houses and put offers on around 10. It was a challenge to say the least. But Dan never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him and we actually enjoyed the process, even on house 50. We felt like we were friends and always had a good time. Even laughing at the unfortunate circumstances (like an offer falling through). We will 100% use Dan in the future if we need to, but thanks to Dan we found our perfect forever home and couldn’t be happier.
